Great scanner. Small and easy to set up and use. Really pleased that I can now save all my family photographic history. Can also view easily and edit (a certain amount as not digital images) in Photoshop. As my slides are not in great condition I do have to clean the scanner but this is easy with proper camera cloth. Would highly recommend.

Although the software appeared to load the slides did not appear on the screen. A call to T2 obtained the maufacturer's number and I was talked through re-installing and new configurations. The downloadable instructions although apparently simple did not replicate on the screen! However, following the phone call, all appears to be well although I think the directions could be more accurate.

i am so glad i finally bought this item. the results are amazing. to see all these old (quite a few have since passed away) familiar faces again and being able to send photos on to relatives abroad is so satisfying. i have too many negatives, he he. i would recommend this scanner quite happily. as long as people bear in mind that negatives are an 'old' invention with a photo quality inferior to modern digital technology they will not be disappointed. So far I have only been able to load cardboard-backed slides into the machine. It will not take plastic-enclosed slides e.g. Agfa. The sale information should have madethis clear as I will only be able to complete about half the digitisation I was planning. I hope to speak to your technical dept on this in due course.

The scanner was easy to install and operate. Results are good though the definition may not be adequate for large sxale enlargement. The brightness and solour balance controls are simple and effective. I am sure that I shall enjoy using this to scan my huge collection of slides, going back to 1949. I am aged 88 and have found it easy to use.

The ION Slides to PC which I actually received was quite different but does an excellent job. One presumes the picture illustrated an obsolete or replaced version? This is a fairly unsophisticated slide copier and does its job well. It arrives complete with CD and everything necessary to set it up quickly and without fuss. It handles slides easily except those processed in plastic mounts by Agfa, which seem to be slighly too thick to go through the aperture. I am very pleased with the results which can be adjusted and fine-tuned in Windows or other photo software.

Excellent product. Does the job quickly and efficiently. Slides with cardboard mounts can stick a little sometimes but not a major problem. I have a lot of slides in plastic mounts which sadly can only be transfer in the 4x loader. Otherwise well worth the money.

The Ion slides2pc is simple to install and use. It has given new life to old slides that I haven't seen in years, as well as many priceless memories. It does all that you would expect at the price, but be aware that it doesn't reproduce the complete sharpness of the original slides. It's accetable but not as sharp or true in colour. No regrets though. Glad I bought it.

Well thought out with it multi-feed slide holder and for those extra thick mounts a separate hand loader. Nice that the power source is from the USB. Focuses and scans very quickly but software rather basic and although some adjustment (brightness and coulour balance) can be manually altered the unit appears to ignore and produce what it thinks is best. For the price the unit is very good value for money and extremely easy to set-up and use

Brilliant, easy to use I had no problems with it at all. Well not quite true I managed to lock the software up twice and had to uninstall and reinstall which was easy. Apart from that no problems. I've converted over 200 slides some nearly 40 years old and can now display them on the television.

Scanner is very easy to set up and run, although so far the results have been a little disappointing. Colours are not accurately transferred and pictures lack the bright sparkle of projected slides, especially mountain/lake scenes. It might take some time to be able to correct the colours using the provided or other software. Slides of children/family etc look much better. All in all the scanner is producing what I wanted and I expect I can improve many of the results with practise, having in mind that many of my slides are over 50 years old!

Scans negatives onto computer very well but we have a blue tinge to our prints on screen, the image is not sharp enough as well. We have had a digital camera for 2 years so know about editing. Settings we used are JPEG, highest quality, negative, 24 and 1800. The original photographs are very clear and sharp. The film used was Kodak Gold. How can we get rid of the blue tinge. Would be glad of your advice on possible altenative settings.

It took a while for my Vista PC to load the driver correctly. Only limited use so far but b & w negs were very successful. Definition is fine on slides and colour negs but colours and exposure seem to vary, particularly with darker images.

I have had negatives from the 60's & was wondering how I was going to know what was on them other than having them developed, which would have been expensive, but with the Ion Slide2PC Scanner, I can view each one, print the ones I want,retore them to the colour & sharpness desired & save. This product exceeded my expectations. I wanted to digitise hundreds of slides taken many years ago and stored in boxes in my loft. It was easy to set up the software and very easy to use. The results, bearing in mind the limitations of the original slides, were very good indeed. I was able to save them in Windows Photo Gallery, allowing me to edit them after saving. All in all I am very pleased with the product. It's very good value.

At the time of writing I am still experimenting, however the product is relatively easy to use. Slides copy very well with good colour definition. Colour negatives copy less well and it seems difficult to get good colour reproduction when compared to prints of the same picture. However further experimentation may yeield better results. Good product, and value for money. Only slightly negative comments are the slide holder which is fiddly to use, and the software which is a bit basic compared to other photo software. I make a lot of domestic CDs & DVDs from old vinyl records & new mini camcorder tapes. I have converted from 35mm colour slides & super 8mm stereo film. Having travelled a lot I have hundreds of 35mm colour slides to put on disc. I used your unit today to make my first transfer & it seemed to work well. Only 799 more slides to go & I hope it can stand the pace. Your order & delivery service worked well & it seems like a well made piece of equipment, but time will tell. I have to say that so far your company has been a pleasure to work with & I appreciate your after sales interest. Not experienced with a lot of companys. Just loaded software and put in a few slides. No problems so far. The explanation for the loading of the software could have been clearer but I got there fairly quickly. My slides are nearly 40 years old so the colours have faded a bit on some of them and we're spoiled with the amazing quality of modern digital images but my old Canon SLR camera didn't do a bad job. Slide tray a bit fiddley but it does take plastic slide cases as well as card. Overall, a very good product I'd say.
