Description

Fit this generously-sized elegant Honeyman door canopy measuring 2.5ft deep by 4ft wide and stay dry, front door or back.

Drilling is required to fix brackets to the wall (expanding bolts supplied) and assembly takes a minute or two.

The canopy itself features a slim aluminium profile front and back and is made from 3mm thick, clear polycarbonate - the perfect material as it’s renowned for its high resistance to impacts, cracking, or breaking under extreme temperatures.

Two extremely strong, nylon feature wall brackets and rubber sealing strips hold the canopy in place and come in a choice of either black or white finishes.
These can be painted to any colour to match or compliment your door, wall or other surrounds.

Canopies can be joined together in series so if you have an extra-wide doorway (e.g. patio door), they’re perfect.

Cons: Fixing holes have to be very precise, If wall isnt exactly flat then it needs packing out which isnt supplied

Arrived without bolts, screws and sealing strips as the packaging had been damaged on transit. One phone call and missing parts arrived within few days. Would use smartbuy again.

The canopy is what we have been looking for. Never saw one in our price range till now. Very pleased with the look and the fact it keeps rain of the front door as the wife now doesn't have to wipe the door and step every time it rains. Well impresed with the look - neighbours green with envy

Pros: easy to fit

Cons: need to make template, I used cardboard, I sealed joint between wall and canopy with silicone filler

After having been quoted over £500 for a door canopy, decided to send for this item.Took about 2 hours to fit after assembly, you need another person to help with finding where to drill, but once this is done, drilled first with smaller masonry drill, then 10mm and fitted perfectly, no problem.

Pros: Easy to erect, Pleasant to look at, unlikely to get up the nose of planners as it is inconspicuous

Cons: would have like to get another sheet of polycarbonate as my builder slightly scratched one of the two provided but only if it was not too expensive

Generally satisfied, hope that the polycarbonate will not eventually go too "milky"
