Q: How much does this product cost to run? 1 answer

A: To calculate the Kilowatt-hour consumption (KWh), you have to multiply the wattage of the appliance by the number of hours used, then divide the sum by 1000.
So, if you used the 1000W heater setting for 1 hour, the calculation would be: (1000 x 1) ÷1000 = 1kWh. When using the 2kW setting it will be double (2kWh)
To find out how much this will cost per hour, you will need to find out how much your energy supplier charges. But on average, the heater will cost you approx. 10p to 12.5p per hour to run (or 20p to 25p when using 2kW power)
